At JVL Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, tags, and a copy of your packing slip inside a padded shipping box.
- 3.Ship to JVL
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
